| DESCRIPTION: This spell creates a
small cyclone that follows a targeted creature around, causing 2d6 damage each
round for each round it remains within 100' feet of the caster. This creature
can save vs. spells each round to avoid taking any damage this round.
This spell also destroys much of the affected area. The small cyclone
follows the affected creature around; and anything within about three feet of
the target takes 1d10 damage in that round.
The material component for this spell is a vial of sand caught midair from a
sandstorm. |
