| DESCRIPTION: This spell changes the
strength and resistance of one tree's bark to that of a stone wall as thick as
the tree is wide. Axes are not effective against a tree so protected although
hammers are as effective as against stone. The tree is no longer vulnerable to
fire. As the bark ages, its interaction with the life force of the tree causes
the spell to become harder to dispell. For each year the spell remains intact,
the effective casting level increases by one when determining the effects of a
dispell magic. |
